Gary's conversion is a 1988 Blakely Bernardi. He is using a Netgain TransWarp 9 DC electric motor running on a 144 volt, LiFePo4, 100 ah battery pack. When finished, the top speed should be 64 MPH with a range of 40+ Miles per Charge.

KEVA Director Leslie Grossman and David Hrivnak have finished the conversion of Leslie’s Jeep! The conversion uses a 144 volt system composed of 12 Lithium batteries and gets the equivalent of 78 miles per gallon. The Jeep has a top speed of 65 MPH and a range of 30 Miles per Charge.

David Hrivnak, an industrial engineer at Eastman, holds the electric plug that recoils back into his 2004 Chevy Avalanche. Hrivnak has placed a supplemental electric motor in the vehicle and has battery cells located behind the truck step bars. It improves his gas mileage from 15.9 mpg to 18.8 mpg.
